Breakthrough Jobs Program For WEVA Members To Be Unveiled Monday In Philadelphia

Sarasota, FL - The 2006 WEVA Town Meeting in Philadelphia March 20 has been selected as the venue for the unveiling by Wedding & Event Videographers Association International (WEVA) of a new association program exclusively for WEVA members that will bring new jobs to the membership on a global scale.
“This brand new program, which WEVA has been working on behind-the-scenes, is an industry-first for the association and its members,” said WEVA's Director of Association Communications Dan Argenas. “The program will be powered by state-of-the-art digital asset management technology, and backed with the marketing muscle of some of the largest corporate agencies in the country.”
Argenas said the program will be rolled out in stages starting with the official announcement that will be made by WEVA International Chairman Roy Chapman on Monday to professional videographers attending the WEVA Town Meeting in Philadelphia, which is free of charge with advance registration.
The new program follows in accord with several other nationwide and regional initiatives introduced by the association and its advocacy committees on behalf of WEVA members over the past year.
“WEVA has been working hard to achieve increased visibility and new opportunities for our members. The special program that will be announced Monday represents another exciting breakthrough for professional videographers who are members of WEVA,” Argenas said.
