WEVA Goes to the Philippines - And No Jet Lag

Sarasota, FL - There were no flight delays, no lost luggage, and no security lines when WEVA Chairman Roy Chapman was in the Philippines a week ago to speak to attendees at the DSLR VIDEO Seminar-Workshop organized by renown wedding filmmaker Teddy Salido of Teddy Salido Films and Digital Videography.
"The presentation and live Q&A with DSLR attendees in Cagayan de Oro was done using Skype video," said Chapman. "I was able to see and talk with everyone using a laptop and webcam from here in Florida. And in CDO, attendees were seeing the presentation on large-screen display and asking questions via live video -- an exciting and interactive event."
The 2-day DSLR VIDEO Seminar-Workshop "was indeed a very successful event!" Salido said, adding that "Skype on large-screen projection worked well." Salido’s Same Day Edit of the event, posted on his facebook page and on the WEVA Group, has drawn dozens of comments from fellow professionals praising his workshop.
