Sarasota, FL - Australia’s Art Kade, the legendary 2002 WEVA Hall of Fame Inductee whose awe-inspiring creativity transformed the art and artistry of professional wedding videography, and whose unique, "world without borders" vision is changing global possibilities for Internet video, multi-media communications, and filmmaking has been added as a Featured Speaker for the WEVA 18th Annual Wedding & Event Video Expo (August 11-14, 2008), said John Zale WEVA’s Director of Educational Development.

Based in Sydney, Artur Kade (pictured), is the founder and Managing Director of Participate Film Academy and Creative Director for Art of Multimedia. Since escaping to the West from Poland’s oppressive communist regime in his late teens Artur has dedicated himself to the study of photography and video production through discovering the star potential in ordinary people and capturing the drama in every day lives.
Making Australia his home in 1982, Artur built the country’s most successful wedding video company to the point where his award-winning work took him to the US and Canada, speaking to standing ovations on how the power of professional techniques and philosophies can raise wedding and special events videos to an art form.
By 1988 Artur was fully immersed in the world of possibilities presented by converging technologies, eventually forming a new company with his wife, Beata, called Art of Multimedia, which continues to evolve delivering stunning creative services and providing integrated marketing solutions to businesses and government bodies.
Artur’s talents have been employed in Japan, India, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Italy and the USA. He has produced and directed hundreds of short films, corporate and marketing videos, as well as customized interactive training and educational programs.
