WEVA NEWS MINUTE-HD: io HD Makes HD Editing Portable for Mac

Chicago, IL - With HD shoots increasing rapidly, including this WEVA NEWS MINUTE (WNM), the first segment in this original WEVA-TV series shot in HD (by Steve Eisen using Panasonic's HPX-500, P2 camera in 720P), more videographers are asking about solutions for HD editing in the field. AJA’s answer is the AJA io HD, which now makes HD editing portable for the Mac.
The AJA io HD offers multiple inputs for real-time, hardware-supported ProRes capture and editing in Final Cut Studio 2, and supports frame rates and sizes from SD to 1080. With a single FireWire 800 connection, io HD enables HD editing for the Mac Pro desktop as well as the MacBook Pro laptop.
