New Iowa Association Set For WEVA Ambassador Visit July 22
July 17, 2007
Sarasota, FL - Just back from WEVA’s Ambassador event in Pittsburgh, PA at the Pittsburgh Professional Videographers Association (PPVA) award-winning wedding videographer Natalie Neal of Glass Slipper Productions (pictured) will be headlining the WEVA Local Association Ambassador presentation at the newly-formed Iowa Professional Videographers Association (IPVA) in Des Moines, IA on Sunday July 22, 2007.
Neal who, together with WEVA’s John Zale, directs the WEVA Local Association Ambassador Program will be presenting "Sales, Marketing and Brides, Oh My!" to the members and visitors attending the IPVA meeting on Sunday.
Additionally, Neal, who was a WEVA featured speaker at the groundbreaking WEVA-PMA Australia conference sessions last May in Melbourne, will be relating news on new WEVA global initiatives, continuing education for wedding and event videographers, and business opportunities that are exclusive to WEVA members.
Neal will also be sharing the "buzz" on what's hot for next month's WEVA 17th Annual Wedding & Event Video Expo (August 13-16, 2007) at world-renown Bally's/Paris Las Vegas. With over 75 hot-topic wedding and event video sessions, live demonstrations, networking events, and huge two-day Trade Show, this year’s EXPO is a “must-attend” for videographers nationally and worldwide.
IPVA President Julie Davis relates the new group is looking forward to the event this Sunday. "IPVA is a new organization of 18 months with members looking to improve the quality and image of professional videography in the state of Iowa. We want to get the word out to prospective brides about new trends and techniques in bridal videography, as well as informing businesses and others about what can be done through videography to improve their image or provide video services to meet their needs. The WEVA Ambassador Program is important to our local association. It shows us that WEVA values our membership through supportive communication, through the annual WEVA EXPO, and makes the effort to come and support our new organization here in the great state of Iowa,” said Davis. “We're so excited to have Natalie Neal visit and share her expertise. Thanks Natalie and WEVA!"
