Pittsburgh Association to Feature WEVA Ambassador Program June 18

Sarasota, FL - Just back from WEVA’s history-making conference sessions at PMA-Australia 2007, award-winning wedding videographer Natalie Neal of Glass Slipper Productions will be headlining WEVA’s Local Association Ambassador Program on June 18, 2007 at the Pittsburgh Professional Videographers Association (PPVA) in Pittsburgh, PA.
Neal, who is president of the GPVA and producer of WEVA-TV’s Nat Chat series will be presenting “Sales, Marketing and Brides Oh My!” an interactive session that offers proven tips and tricks on making and closing video sales by getting inside the head of today’s bride. Neal, who directs the new Ambassador Program along with WEVA’s Director of Educational Development John Zale, will also share details on strategic industry-wide initiatives and new membership benefits that WEVA International has developed for professional wedding and event videographers nationally and worldwide.
As announced last fall in Boston at the NPVA’s 20th Anniversary Celebration, and reported in Wedding & Event Videography Resource Guide, the Ambassador Program is a WEVA professional development initiative that expands on eight years of WEVA Town Meeting events. Ambassador Program presentations provide information on key topics and video industry developments custom-tailored to the needs of individual local associations.
Neal’s Ambassador presentation to videographers at the program’s kick-off event in Jacksonville, FL garnered outstanding reviews from the Jacksonville Videographers Association (JVA). "Natalie Neal presented one of the best seminars that I have been privileged to have here at the JVA," said JVA President Merrill Moore. "We learned and laughed all the way through! I had several members go out of their way in emails and phone calls immediately afterwards to tell me what a great speaker she is and how educational she was at our meeting," Moore said.
"The launch of the WEVA Local Association Ambassador Program reflects WEVA’s ongoing support for local associations that started over 10 years ago," said Zale.
