Von Lankens Announced for NJVA-WEVA Conference May 18

Sarasota, FL - On May 18, WEVA Hall of Fame inductees and industry icons Mark & Trisha Von Lanken, owners of Von Wedding Films will join Alex Buono of Saturday Night Live (Director of Photography), Jose Ortiz of Jose Ortiz Films, and Michael Gebben of Gebbs Wedding Films as featured presenters for the 3rd Annual NJVA-WEVA Institute Northeast Conference & Trade Show in Edison, NJ (near NYC). The Von Lankens are the only wedding filmmakers worldwide to be named in every EventDV Top 25 list since its inception.
The Balancing Act

The following day, Thursday May 19, the Von Lankens will present an all-day workshop (seating limited) featuring two cutting-edge presentations: an in-depth sales and marketing session, and their singular, “DSLR Encounter.”

9am-11am: "A Real, Relevant & Honest Approach for Selling & Marketing to Brides"
Clients will never see your great work without strong marketing and solid sales skills. In today’s tough economy Mark & Trisha will share tried and true tips and tricks about what does and doesn’t work. They will answer:

12pm-5pm: "The DSLR Encounter A-Z (Audio to Zeiss)"
Whether you’re a DSLR expert or just getting started, Mark and Trisha Von Lanken will show you how they capture amazing DSLR video. This hands-on workshop is your chance to learn how to take your work to the next level. You will learn:
• How to build your lens arsenal without breaking the bank

• Depth-of-field and how to use it
