New WEVA Events Coming for 2011 include WEVA-NJVA

Sarasota, FL - Increase your sales! Exhibit on-site Wednesday May 18th 2011 at the 3rd Annual NJVA/WEVA Institute Northeast Conference & Trade Show for all professional wedding videographers and event filmmakers. Set-up is easy on table-top displays, and an excellent opportunity to connect with professionals who need your products and services.
Hosting the event is The Hilton Garden Inn in Edison, NJ (near NYC). Last year's Conference attracted event video professionals from New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Washington D.C, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire.
On May 18 you can give customers the opportunity to go hands-on with your products and meet with you face-to-face. Reserve your table space now and get the early discount of just $695 per table (includes basic electrical) and valid until May 1, 2011. Afterwards, exhibitor rates increase to $750 per table. A full two-hours of the show day is devoted exclusively to the NJVA/WEVA Vendor City. No other events or sessions are scheduled while the Vendor City is open. In addition to the Trade Show and presentations by leaders in our industry, there will also be raffle drawings for Door Prizes and a special viewing of the 2010 WEVA Creative Excellence Award Winning Wedding Films.
Your company will receive space in the Vendor City Room. Additionally, your company will be included in conference promotional material before, during, and after the event. Marketing through video, website, email, print and social media is on-going and reaching thousands of event video professionals throughout the country.
