Sarasota, FL - The rapid approach of the 16th Annual Wedding & Event Video Expo August 21-24, 2006 at spectacular Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, NV means the Call for Entries in the WEVA 16th Annual Creative Excellence Awards Competition is coming soon!
Presented by WEVA International, our industry’s most prestigious awards competition honors outstanding production achievement in professional wedding and event videography through multiple categories. Winning entries in the various video categories will be announced and screened this August at the WEVA Creative Excellence Video Fest at WEVA EXPO 2006.
Official entry forms for this year's competition, along with the official category rules and regulations, will be posted on the WEVA website next week for immediate downloading. All video entries (on DVD or MiniDV) will be due by the submission deadline set for mid-June 2006.
Every year our association receives entries for the WEVA Creative Excellence Awards Competition from professional videographers across the country and around the globe making this exciting event the industry’s largest and most prestigious annual competition. The competition entries are evaluated by a new and independent panel of judges every year.
All 2006 WEVA CEA winners will be officially announced at WEVA EXPO 2006 on Monday August 21, 2006, and the complete list of all category winners will be posted on the WEVA International website.
