InterVideo Ulead Announces Smart Compositor

Fremont, CA - InterVideo and its partner Ulead Systems announced a Template Pack for Smart Compositor ($49.99), an easy compositing tool for prosumer video editors. Smart Compositor is a component of Ulead MediaStudio Pro 8, Ulead's professional video editing software.
"When MediaStudio Pro 8 was released last September, the Smart Compositor was an instant hit," said Eldon C. M. Liu, president of Ulead. "Wedding and corporate videographers in particular love how easy it is to create results that go beyond customers' expectations. The request we heard most was for more templates."
Smart Compositor allows videographers to easily create opening sequences by simply inserting their own shots into attractive and flexible templates. The results are professional-looking composited sequences with titles and moving images that would otherwise require many hours to create.
The Smart Compositor Template Pack adds 24 templates in 12 Sets, arranged in themes such as Digital Life, Documentary, MTV, Romantic, Sports and Talking Head. Each template includes professionally designed graphics and masks with dynamic motion effects. The Template Pack also includes the Smart Compositor Template Design Tool, which allows users to create their own custom templates, particularly useful for producers wishing to create a branded opening sequence easily modifiable for individual projects.
