Photo to Movie Now Supports Video for iPods
January 10, 2006
San Francisco, CA - A new generation of “portable video” technology gained further support yesterday when LQ Graphics, Inc., a leading provider of digital imaging and video solutions, officially announced the latest release of Photo to Movie ($49.95) that creates video content for the new Apple iPod.
By using Photo to Movie, consumers and podcasters can now quickly and easily produce a video photo montage of digital images for iPod playback, according to LQ Graphics.
"Our customers use Photo to Movie to produce video content for DVDs, the Web, email, and slide shows, and now these same movies can be viewed on the iPod," said Chris Meyer, president and CEO of LQ Graphics, Inc., during their preparation for the opening of Macworld in San Franciso. "We believe this release benefits our customers and Apple's customers, because now professionals and consumers can easily create dramatic new content for the iPod."
The company says Photo to Movie “offers an easy-to-use interface that delivers the full power of "Ken Burns' Motion Effects" with no learning curve. In minutes, users create high-quality video photo montages that include titles, music, and transitions.” Photo to Movie uses proprietary algorithms to optimize each frame to eliminate flicker.
Photo to Movie is used by individuals to create montages using photos from family and business events. With the ability to directly import the movies generated by Photo to Movie into professional editing systems, including Avid, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut and Sony Vegas, film and video professionals use Photo to Movie to create commercial advertisements, documentaries and narrative movies. LG Graphics says all of these projects can now also be viewed on the iPod.
LQ Graphics also developed the Motion Pictures product currently bundled with Roxio's Toast Titanium product. For more information on LQ Graphics and to see video demos Click Here |
