CyberLink to Demo Blu-Ray Burning at IFA

Berlin, Germany - CyberLink announced they will showcase software solutions for Blu-ray Disc playback and burning support with Hewlett-Packard and the Blu-ray Disc Association (BDA) at the IFA (Internationale Funkausstellung) electronics show in Berlin Sept. 2-6, 2005. According to IFA, this is the "worlds largest consumer electronics trade fair."
CyberLink's playback and burning applications PowerDVD, PowerProducer, Power2Go and InstantBurn will be on display at CyberLink and HP display areas at the BDA booth.
As a contributing member of the Blu-ray Disc Association, CyberLink says they will demonstrate their leadership role in the burning and playback of video content on Blu-ray Discs.
Blu-ray Discs include next-generation technology for storing high definition premium content, providing greater storage capacity and adopting core video formats such as MPEG-2, MPEG-4 AVC and VC1.
According to CyberLink, PowerDVD PC playback software and burning applications Power2Go and InstantBurn are Blu-ray ready.
