ProCon Announces DVR/FireWire Bundles

South Hackensack, NJ - ProCon Technology is offering price and accessory specials on its line of digital video recorders.
Purchasers of any DVR from ProCon receive 10 % off the regular price, as well as free FireWire cables for connecting the DVR to a computer and for connecting a videocamera to the DVR.
The special applies to ProCon DVRs from nNovia and Focus Enhancements, such as the Focus FS-4 FireStore for hand-held camcorders.
Enabling tapeless acquisition in professinal videography and broadcast production, the FS-4 or FS-4 Pro hard discs record directly from a camcorder while shooting, using Direct To Edit (DTE) Technology. The FS-4, when connected to a computer, is ready to edit instantly in the timeline, without additional capturing, file transfer or file conversion.
The special expires February 1, 2005, the company announced. Offers include the FS-4 (pictured) at $709 (regular $799). A free 6-Pin to 6-Pin, 6 Ft. FireWire cable for connecting the DVR to a computer, and a 4-Pin to 6-Pin, 6 ft. cable for connecting to the camera, are included.
