sofTV.net Launches Presenter Interactive Learning Pack
December 10, 2004
Ottawa, ON - sofTV.net has released the sofTV.Presenter Interactive Learning Pack, a feature-rich product bundle that combines sofTV.Presenter v3.1 (screenshot shown) with XStream Software’s RapidExam v2.5 Deluxe exam/assessment authoring technology.
sofTV.Presenter v3.1 allows users to create Live and On-Demand web-based streaming video/audio presentations. These presentations consist of Microsoft PowerPoint slides that change in synchronization with the video or audio content.
The user simply records a video or audio presentation, encodes it, and then synchronizes it with a PowerPoint presentation – all within sofTV.Presenter. The user can also import a previously encoded streaming media file and synchronize PowerPoint slides and notes to create a synchronized multimedia presentation.
In addition, the user can broadcast and control a live presentation, which can be easily archived, complete with synchronized slides, so that viewers can access it later as an on-demand presentation.
The extensive assessment-authoring capabilities of RapidExam add another dimension to sofTV.Presenter, sofTV.net’s flagship video synchronizing tool. With the sofTV.Presenter Interactive Learning Pack, sofTV.net customers are not only provided with a powerful tool to easily create rich media presentations, but they can also easily provide a higher level of interactivity for their audience with the addition of sophisticated exams, certifications, quizzes, surveys, and other types of interactive assessments, the company describes.
