Animation Factory Releases 3D Animated Video Backgrounds

Fremont, CA - Animation Factory, part of the Open Source Technology Group (OSTG) network (a subsidiary of VA Software), has unveiled its latest custom animation product, video backgrounds for its platinum subscribers.
More than 150 high quality 3D animated looping MPEG-2 video images are available, the company describes. The video clips can be used for a range of purposes and media, and enable users to produce high-quality movies from their desktop. Video backgrounds are just one of several new products in the works for Animation Factory with a DVD collection of over 500 animated video backgrounds coming in the next few months
“Our goal is to provide vibrant animated content to all levels of users from hobbyists to creative professionals. Creating video backgrounds allows us to serve a broader audience that is growing rapidly, as video and DVD editing software becomes easier to use and more pervasive,” said Art Holden, co-founder of Animation Factory.
