Schneider Introduces New Color Filters

Van Nuys, CA - Schneider Optics expands its line of professional filters with two new colors, Sahara Gold and Maui Brown.
Sahara Gold is especially useful in creating a rich warm scene, for an old Technicolor look. This new solid color effects filter approximates 3/4 the color correction value of an 85 filter. It can also replace an 81EF for producing a cool look, and is more effective for holding skintones. The Schneider Sahara Gold filter is available in 4” x 5.650” and 6.6” x 6.6” sizes.
Maui Brown (pictured) enhances brown and gold tones, making it excellent for adding depth to foliage. The filter is available in 1, 2, and 3 densities. At the lightest density (1), it is ideal for enriching dark skin tones. The Schneider Maui Brown filter is available in 4” x 4”, 4”x 5.650”, and 6.6” x 6.6” sizes.
