MediaBank RAID 1 System Now Available

London, UK - Miglia Technology's MediaBank HS-R, its Raid 1 backup/storage product, is now available as an internal solution. The units are available in sizes up to 250 GB, and in multiple drive configurations.
The MediaBank HS-R product range effectively helps protect data against drive failure and, by mirroring data on two drives and featuring hot swap capability, it completely automates the backup process, the manufacturer describes.
Raid Level 1 data mirroring and duplication on the two drives inside MediaBank is fully supported by built-in hardware. No additional software is required.
The drives feature high transfer rates using an ATA 100/133 interface.
The system is compatible with Windows PCs equipped with two free adjacent 5.25” bays, and
• Available ATA host card/connector
• Windows 98SE, Me, 2000, XP
• Compatible with ATA/5 and ATA/6 hard drives from recommended manufacturers.
The system ships with
• MediaBank HS-Ri Raid 1 hard drive case
• 0, 2 or 3 hard drives depending on configuration purchased
• Three hard drive trays
• ATA/133 cable
