Redhawk Vision Ships Paparazzi 2.1

Costa Mesa, CA - Paparazzi 2.1 video-to-photograph software, is now shipping, manufacturer RedHawk Vision, Inc. and development partner Horus Ventures, LLC have announced.
Not a frame-grab, Paparazzi 2.1 combines multiple video frames into high resolution, precision images using patented algorithms that mimic some of the brain’s visual cortex functions. With 300 dpi output, support for 16 x 9 video, and added color controls, Paparazzi 2.1 delivers improved images and more robust work-flow.
Paparazzi 2.1 generates precision photo images optimized for photo finishing equipment and computer printers. The software automatically combines video
frames, adjusts pixel aspect ratio, corrects color, frames the image and optimizes dpi for photo finishing (160 dpi) or ink-jet printing (300 dpi), the company describes.
Controls for BRIGHTNESS, CONTRAST, SATURATION and HUE, now let users correct for lighting and camera characteristics. Other new Paparazzi 2.1
features include optimized Black & White processing and 16:9 video support. Paparazzi software is supplied on a USB Flash “Distribution Unit” that allows
easy portability and upgrading. Paparazzi 2.0 users can upgrade to version 2.1 free by visiting the company website.
