Boxx Technologies Ships SDBOXX [pro] Editing System

Austin, TX - Boxx Technolgies is now shipping its new SDBOXX [pro], a powerful nonlinear editing system featuring Adobe Premiere Pro, Encore DVD and Audition.
The system offers uncompressed 10-bit 4:2:2 SD (standard definition) video, NTSC and PAL video input and output to six channels of AES/EBU digital audio.
It includes the Bluefish444 Wildblue AV board, offering standard definition 10-bit SDI I/O, genlock sync support, six channels AES/EBU, YUV/RGB colorspace conversion and more, the manufacturer describes.
The system is delivered with up to 500 GB (298 minutes) of RAID3 storage in a 4U rack mountable or desk chassis unit, with a front 1394 port.
SDBOXX is bundled with three Adobe Systems software products (Premiere Pro, Encore and Audition) as well as a plug-in for export to After Effects.
