Torrance, CA - Ulead Systems, Inc. is taking pre-orders for the upcoming version of its professional DVD authoring software, UleadDVD Workshop 2.
DVD Workshop 2 targets creative professionals in a variety of fields who want to produce sophisticated DVDs with a minimal learning curve, the company describes.
It offers a straightforward, design-centric workflow with professional DVD authoring features to creating sophisticated DVDs. New features include multiple subtitle and audio tracks, playlists and professional output with support for Digital Linear Tape (DLT) and dual layer DVDs (DVD-9).
System requirements include:
Microsoft Windows98, 98SE, ME, 2000, XP
Intel PentiumIII 450MHz or higher (700MHz or higher recommended)
64 MB of RAM (128 or more recommended)
150 MB available hard disk space
4 GB+ hard disk space for video capture and converting
NOTE: 1 hour of DV video requires 13GB of hard disk space.
Windows compatible display with at least 800x600 resolution
Windows compatible mouse or pointing device
Windows compatible sound card
