Anchor Digital Launches Online Validation System
June 19, 2003
Brooklyn, NY - Anchor Digital launched today an online DVD validation system to assist customers in ordering an Interactive DVD via the web. The system compiles project information from the customer including chapter points and titles, and then validates the data to yield an Interactive DVD. The system has an easy-to-use interface and guides the customer through the order process.
"Ordering an Interactive DVD should not be a complicated, 12-page task," said Asaf Palgi, the manager for the Online Validation System project. "Our goal is to create a convenient experience for the customer when placing an order. The customer can choose to send in the order form via the mail, or go online to validate the project information in real-time, which is then used to create an Interactive DVD. It's completely flexible and easy to use."
The online system is quite robust, and will help new customers along the way should they need assistance. At various places within the system a "Learn More" link is displayed, which will describe the products in detail, as well as features that new customers may not yet be familiar with, such as the Chapter Selection Service and Digital Archiving.
