WEVA EXPO 2008 officially opens Monday evening, August 11 at 5:45 pm with the 2008 Opening Night Gala and complimentary WEVA Awards Dinner. WEVA EXPO 2008 state-of-the-art sessions for wedding and event videographers begin Tuesday morning and will end by 5pm Thursday August 14. The WEVA EXPO 2008 Trade Show will also include edit-system training on the show floor and will be open two full days on August 12 & 13.

Optional Pre-Convention Programming

Registration will open soon online for optional WEVA EXPO 2008 Pre-Convention Power Sessions for wedding and event videographers (both newcomers and veterans) who want extended business education and system training. These optional sessions, which have a separate fee structure, will be held at the JW Marriott Monday afternoon starting approximately 12:30pm and will conclude before the WEVA EXPO 2008 Opening Night Gala begins.
For Monday morning, WEVA has introduced another "industry-first" by partnering with Universal Studios Florida Production Group to plan an exclusive, behind-the-scenes tour of the Universal Studios Production Facilities.
