Las Vegas, NV - A countertop device that scans 30 photos per minute for producing lightening-quick photo montages? Its the new Kodak i1220 and it was a big hit in the WEVA Wedding Video Studio That Sells! pavilion exhibit at PMA 08 where videographers got a "first look" at outstanding new digital imaging products that have immediate crossover applications for professional wedding and event videography.
WEVA NEWS MINUTE producers Bruce Himmelblau and Sue Lawson captured the i1220 at work scaning photos tossed into its feeder all-at-once in a single batch.

The KODAK i1220 Duplex Color Scanner with associated software, allows you to feed multiple-size photos (including ID type cards) for batch scanning, and automatically performs simple enhancements such as sharpening, color restoration and red-eye removal.

Kodak recently conducted market research to test consumer demand for transferring hard copy photos to digital discs.
