ImageSpan's New Clients Bring More Weekday Work to Members
April 15, 2007
Sarasota, FL - Weekday video shoots assigned through ImageSpan's revolutionary CurbStream IT platform are spreading into new markets resulting in more job opportunities for WEVA International members nationwide.
WEVA members, including Dan Voss (Springfield, MO), Zane Soffos (Hudson, OH), Bob Kreider (Spokane, WA), Shelley Wilson (Frederick, MD), and others, have all completed CurbStream assignments at various automobile groups across the country.
"My hat’s off to ImageSpan and WEVA for enabling CurbStream to match up videographers with corporate work. It works for us!" said Wilson, pictured here shooting an ImageSpan job assignment in Maryland. "In our experience, once you’re in the CurbStream system, your name will come up for job assignments when they become available in your area. Using the secure website, you can accept the assignment and get the shot-list, then shoot the job, upload the clips and click ‘Completed’ to signify that the job is finished."
Wilson adds, "Our first shoot was at a local car dealership. Once we accepted the job, we were emailed a complete, and well-detailed shot-list. When we got on site, everything went well. The assignment was a great experience for us. We had done a little green screen work in our own studio space, but this shoot called for a portable green screen and it worked out extremely well. We are looking forward to more assignments! My advice to WEVA members? If you haven’t signed on for work, do it now!"
Other new CurbStream market segments opening to WEVA members include the grocery industry. These particular assignments will feature more product and service related video content meant to change frequently to keep up with consumer needs. WEVA members should watch for WEVA member bulletins sent by email, and updates in Wedding & Event Videography Resource Guide to keep up on the growing opportunities in weekday work being developed exclusively for WEVA members.
