Watch Real Proposals: Brides.com & WEVA Air 'Engagements on Ice'

New York, NY - Members of Wedding & Event Videographers Association International (WEVA) have completed shooting and editing "Engagements on Ice" with Brides.com, "the #1 source for wedding ideas," as part of an all-new, co-promotion between Brides.com and The Rink at Rockefeller Center in New York City for the winter season.
Brides.com and WEVA videographers (such as Tim Sudall of Video One Productions, pictured here on-location at Rockefeller Center) worked with the legendary Ice Rink to develop emotional and heart-tugging videos of select marriage proposals made on the ice. The Videos, all of which were professionally shot by WEVA members, are streaming now on Brides.com (Click Here to Watch).

The exciting 'Engagements on Ice' series sets the scene for a unique and perfect proposal. The couple find themselves alone on the ice at Rockefeller Center as their song begins to play. The groom-to-be, who has pre-planned the event is secretly "miked" by a WEVA videographer, and ready to propose; and once she says "yes," the Ice Rink staff delivers a beautiful bouquet supplied by the proposer to his new fiancée. To complete the experience, the two enjoy a champagne toast at rink-side restaurant Rock Center Café before getting an exclusive gift bag from Brides.com.
Brides.com will also allow visitors to vote for their favorite 'Engagements on Ice' couple and help choose the exotic destination where the winning couple will spend their vacation. They can then enter a sweepstakes for a chance to win a trip of their own! 'Engagements on Ice' videos are being promoted throughout the Brides.com website and can be viewed and enjoyed by millions of visitors this season. The Real Proposal videos are also being promoted through email newsletters and other promotional avenues.
