Tripod Committee Meetings On Tap

Sandy Hook, CT - The WEVA Tripod Development Committee, chaired by Marleen Cafarelli, has announced plans to meet with representatives of Cartoni, maker of Bogen tripods, and Vinten Tripods.
According to committee chair Marleen Cafarelli, of Video Art Works, both meetings will take place in January, 2002. "We have a meeting scheduled with Cartoni on Jan. 4 in which we will meet with their president, Steve Manios, and the woman who runs their factory in Italy, Elisabbetta Cartoni," Cafarelli reported.
In addition, a late January meeting is set at the Vinten headquarters facility in Valley Cottage, NY. A factory tour will be a part of the committee's day with Vinten.
The WEVA Tripod Development committee was formed in 2001. Its purpose is to work with tripod manufacturers in developing products better targeted to the wedding and event videography marketplace. |
