Free Blank Media Announced for WEVA EXPO Attendees

Sarasota, FL - Free media has been added to the enticing list of sponsored "perks" for videographers who plan to attend WEVA EXPO 2004 (August 16-19 at Bally's Las Vegas). This year's WEVA EXPO Video Dub Center will feature the free media for on-site DVD and tape duplications, sponsored by Neemann Media who will be exhibiting at the WEVA EXPO Trade Show.
"Registered attendees will be able to pick-up free blank DVD-R's, MiniDV and VHS tape stock for duplicating, and exchanging clips of their work on-site with other WEVA EXPO 2004 attendees," said Dan Argenas, Association Communications Director for WEVA International.
Neemann Media said the free blank media for WEVA attendees is being provided courtesy of Verbatim, Fuji, and Maxell. Duplication will be available at the dub stations in the free WEVA EXPO Video Dub Center, which stays open around-the-clock, as well as at the Neeman Media exhibit booth, open during the regular WEVA EXPO 2004 Trade Show hours.
The WEVA Video Dub Center will feature state-of-the art duplication and printing technology from several major manufacturers including, Microboards and Hudson Disc Technologies, Primera, and Sony. Duplication equipment from other manufacturers is also expected to be included in the Video Dub Center this year, Argenas added.
"WEVA EXPO attendees may bring short samples of their wedding and event work to the EXPO, along with their company logo in JPEG format. Neeman exhibit staff will be custom imprinting the free DVD media on-site," said Argenas.
WEVA EXPO 2004 will officially open Monday, August 16, 2004 at 5:30 pm with the Opening Night Gala sponsored by Sony, featuring the WEVA Creative Excellence Video Fest, the world’s largest video fest of state-of-the-art wedding and event video creativity. Admission to the EXPO is open to all videographers. WEVA members receive special discount admission. Registration is available online at www.weva.com (click on WEVA EXPO 2004).
The WEVA Trade Show, the industry's biggest exhibition of new technology and services for professional wedding and event videographers will be open for two full days Tuesday, August 17 and Wednesday, August 18.
