WEVA Town Meeting 2004 Tour Schedule Announced

Sarasota, FL - The 6th Annual WEVA Town Meeting Tour will kick off on
Monday, March 15, 2004 in Atlanta, GA. “WEVA is looking forward to an outstanding 2004 Tour that will bring new technology, new techniques and new creativity to professional wedding and event videographers in five cities across the country,” said WEVA nternational Chairman Roy Chapman.
The 2004 WEVA Town Meeting Tour, sponsored by Sony, Avid, Adobe Systems, and Anton/Bauer will include the following city-stops:
Atlanta, GA on Monday, March 15 at the Marriott Century Center
Dallas, TX on Thursday, March 18 at the new Sterling Hotel
New York, NY on Thursday, March 25 at the New Yorker Hotel
Los Angeles, CA on Wednesday, March 31 Hilton/Universal City
Las Vegas (NAB Week) on Tuesday, April 20
The 2004 Tour will feature WEVA Institute workshops by leading videographers that will spotlight new concepts and cutting-edge creativity in professional wedding videography, said WEVA Tour Director Tim Ryan. “The daytime workshops in Atlanta, Dallas, New York, and Los Angeles will also include system-specific training presented by each of the four WEVA Town Meeting Tour sponsors,” he said.
The full day of educational sessions for professional videographers will be followed by the evening Town Meeting that features special hands-on exhibits by the Tour Sponsors, screenings of WEVA Creative Excellence Award winning wedding and event video productions, presentations by leading WEVA videographers, and more. The evening Town Meeting is free of charge to all professional videographers and also includes a complimentary dinner buffet.
