Wedding Video Trends & WEVA Survey Spotlighted in Chicago Style Weddings

Chicago, IL - Exciting new trends in professional wedding videography, and the latest Nationwide Survey of Brides commissioned by WEVA International, are featured prominently in the new issue of Chicago Style Weddings Magazine (September/October 2006) on newsstands now in the Chicago metro area.
“Capture the Moments: The 'Reel' Value of Video” is an information-packed article that spans six pages in the popular magazine published for Chicagoland brides.
The article, which spotlights video industry advancements, including same-day edits, video iPods, still prints from video, and more, was written by Kris Malandruccolo, Chairperson of the WEVA Public Relations Committee, past president of the Illinois Videographers Association and the owner of Elegant Videos By Kris (Carol Stream, IL).
The revved-up WEVA Public Relations Committee, which also includes Al Ritondo of Personal Touch Video (NJ), Natalie Neal of Glass Slipper Productions (PA), and Michael Nelson of Remember When Video Productions (UT), has been working hard to provide WEVA members with new promotional materials and finding new ways to reach out to bridal industry affiliates.
As a result, the PR Committee members have discovered new strategies for success in educating brides and the media about the value of video and will be sharing winning methods with videographers from around the globe next month at the WEVA 16th Annual Wedding & Event Video Expo, the industry's biggest convention and trade show of the year.
